Wendell, senior partner of Treadstone Realty Group, LLC, has been involved in the Real Estate industry for the past 25 years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. Wendell also holds a Doctorate of Divinity from the School of Bible Theology Seminary in San Jacinto, California.

Most known in the community as Senior Pastor of The Church of Champions, Wendell is also an active Member of the board of Helping Hands of Champions, a non-profit, community-based, multi-program social service in northwest Houston.

An accomplished pilot of high-performance, complex aircraft, Wendell also delights in playing golf, enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends, and working with his son, Colton Blair, the managing partner of Treadstone.

Bill has been involved in the Real Estate industry for the past 30 years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. Bill is also known for his love of aviation. Bill retired from the U.S. Marine Corp as a Lieutenant Colonel. As a former fighter pilot who saw combat in Korea and Vietnam, Bill also enjoyed a fulfilling career with Pan American airlines and retired as a captain in their trans-Atlantic fleet of 747 pilots.

Bill has been involved in all forms of residential and commercial real estate development. He, along with Wendell, have owned and managed personal real estate portfolios with values in excess of 100 million dollars. Bill is a noted teacher who has the unique ability to communicate the principles and practices of the real estate industry.

A long-time resident of Champions, Bill enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Colton is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business. Colton Blair was nominated to serve as a collegiate scholar in the 2006 International Scholar Laureate Program as a Delegate on Business in Australia and Central Europe.

At Treadstone he participates as an active Realtor® and Analyst where he identifies and studies Emerging Markets and Investment Opportunities for the Treadstone team.  Colton also holds the license of Broker, as well as the designations of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS),  Accredited Real Estate Professional (AREP), Commercial Real Estate Professional (CREP), and Professional Marketing Expert (PME).

In his spare time, Colton enjoys his bride Ashley and their two boys, Christian and Trey.  Colton is an avid outdoorsman.
